When will I receive my complementary treatment?

As a host, you will be treated last to determine the treatment earned. This is based on the total revenue from your event and is determined and applied by your clinician. You can choose to use your treatment during your event or bank your treatment for another day.

When do I get my event deposit back?

Your event deposit is deducted from your total services and treatments for your event and is applied by your clinician.

What if I can’t meet the 5-guest minimum?

If you are having trouble meeting the 5-guest minimum, we recommend broadening your invite list and including friends of friends, family, coworkers, significant others, etc. If you are still having trouble reaching 5 guests, we ask that you contact us to book individual appointments during our regular business hours.

What if my guests cancel or don’t show up?

We want to make sure you have a successful event and receive your complimentary treatment, so we will check in with you one week prior to your event and the day before your event. If you know that you will not have enough guests attending, please let us know so that we can discuss alternatives and ensure you do not lose your deposit.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring any preferred food or beverages to your event. We offer complimentary light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres, including beer and wine. Please note: Hard liquor is not permitted at any event.

What if a service is unavailable during my event?

In the event a service is not available during your event, you can purchase the service at the discounted pricing and book an appointment for a later date. Prepaid services must be used within 60 days of the event date.

Can I Host a Home Event?

Yes! We offer the option of hosting a home event in some circumstances. Please reach out to our office to inquire about hosting a home event at (734) 780-7070.
