Our Policies

Cancellations

Due to high patient demand and the limited availability of appointments, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations either by phone or email, with your name and appointment date and time.  If you cancel your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice a $50 fee may be charged.

We understand that there are some circumstances out of your control, and try to be as understanding as possible.

No-Shows

No-Shows will result in a $50 fee. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact our office to discuss them with us.

Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to other patients and our staff, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you require numbing, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may cause your appointment to be rescheduled.

Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of treatment.
