Aesthetic & Skin Services:
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve your desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for additional treatments required to achieve desired results.
If a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even if the full series has not been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment during a series, credit for the unused treatments at the discounted package price may be used toward other treatments or products with us.
Retail Purchases:
You may return unused products within 14 days of the original purchase date for credit. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. Supplements and perishable food items are not eligible for return.
Gift Certificate Purchases:
Gift certificates and gift card purchases are not returnable or refundable.
Monthly Specials:
Monthly Specials and Flash Sale purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or previous purchases. Monthly Specials are valid for 90 days after the purchase date. Flash Sale expiration dates vary per offer and are included in all marketing communications, emails, and social media posts.
To ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Med 1 Aesthetics, the promotional value (amount paid) can be applied to any other service at Med 1 Aesthetics. The promotional value of any monthly special or flash sale expires five years from the purchase date.
